When you have picked your method of despatch, we will despatch on the day we receive the order, if it is received before 10.00 a.m. Remember we are closed Sunday and Tuesday so we cannot despatch on these days. We will not be held responsible for late delivery. Please sign for your parcel putting 'un-checked' with your signature if there is any damage to the parcel.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if authorised by us. First contact should be email or telephone. In any case returns are not accepted unless the item is unmarked and in original packaging.
