| PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES. PAYMENT Payment can be made by a credit/debit card. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason. Goods can only be delivered to the address registered to the credit card used to pay for the goods. The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission.. All delivery is subject to stock availability. CANCELLATION The consumer has a right to a seven day “cooling off” period where they have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason and receive a full refund. This “cooling off” period does not apply to products which have been unsealed, used or damaged by the customer. The customer is li able for all transport costs involved and goods must be returned in their original packaging and in as new condition.Authorisation to return goods must be confirmed via email in the first instance. This does not affect your statutory rights. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Faulty Goods: In the first instance please contact us via e-mail for advise. We will replace faulty goods within 28 days of delivery and reimburse postage costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to return faulty goods to us, appropriately packed, unless alternative arrangements are made with us. Outside of 28 days from the date of delivery, we will pay for the return of faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair only; the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to the shop. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser. Orders for software products cannot be refunded once the software has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. DAMAGED GOODS We would advise customers to sign for goods as “unchecked”. If your goods have been damaged in transit or are not of satisfactory quality on arrival then complaint must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us immediately via our Website stating the product(s), the problem and your order number and await instruction. Please keep all original packaging & receipts. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
